Sewage Treatment Plant (Stp)

1. Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)

The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process is a sequential suspended growth (activated sludge) process in which all major steps occur in the same tank in sequential order. The complete five phases take place in single reactor thus reduces the footprint.

SBRs can be designed and operated to enhance removal of nitrogen, phosphorus, and ammonia, in addition to removing TSS and BOD.

2. Moving Bed Bio-film Reactor (MBBR)

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) processes improve reliability, simplify operation, and require less space than traditional wastewater treatment systems. Which is based on the bio-film principle with an active bio-film growing on small specially designed plastic carriers that are kept suspended in the reactor.

It is one of the advanced biological treatment processes which have a great potential for the simultaneous and efficient removal of nutrients along with organic matter.

3. Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film Technology (SAFF)

Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film Reactor is a cost-effective method of waste water treatment and sewage sanitation that is primarily used in residential and commercial complexes. This equipment primarily works on the three stages that are Primary Settlement, Secondary Treatment and Final Settlement / Clarification.

SAFF Technology is one of the simplest and most cost effective methods of commercial and residential sewage sanitation / waste water treatment, particularly for small to medium sized treatment plants.

A well built Submerged Aerated Filter plant has no moving parts within its main process zones, any functional items will be positioned to access easily without disrupting the ongoing sewage treatment.


When used with domestic wastewater, MBR processes can produce effluent of high quality enough to be discharged to coastal, surface or brackish waterways or to be reclaimed for urban irrigation. Other advantages of MBRs over conventional processes include small footprint, easy retrofit and upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants.

It is possible to operate MBR processes at higher mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentrations compared to conventional settlement separation systems, thus reducing the reactor volume to achieve the same loading rate


We provide FBBR Sewage Treatment Plant that is widely used in domestic and industrial sectors. The sewage plant is specifically installed for reprocessing water for several purposes like gardening, irrigation flushing and vehicle washing. The biological sewage treatment plant with its minuscule footprint fits into the smallest of spaces.

Through this sewage treatment plant, water is recycled & reused so that the necessity of water is successfully answered.


Extended aeration is a method of sewage treatment using modified activated sludge procedures.

It is preferred for relatively small waste loads, where lower operating efficiency is offset by mechanical simplicity.
